Ingredients:
- 150 g chicken, cut into small pieces
- 50 g shredded ginger
- 80 g sliced shallots or onion
- 50 g mushrooms, sliced
- 15 g long onion, cut into pieces
- 5 g garlic cloves, minced
- Carrot, cut into strips (and baby corn or any other vegetables)
- A few chilies or red pepper (to taste)
- Oil for stir-frying
- Soy sauce (for seasoning)
- Oyster sauce
- Sugar (to taste)
- Black pepper (to taste)
- Dark soy sauce
Instructions:
- Prepare the Ingredients:
