How to Make Pad Kar Pow
Ingredients:

- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp dark soy sauce

- Cooking oil

Instructions:
- Prepare the Chilies and Garlic: Pound the chilies and garlic together until coarsely crushed.
- Heat the Wok: In a wok, heat the cooking oil over medium-high heat. Add the pounded garlic and chilies. If you like onions, add them at this stage. Stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add the Protein: Add the meat of your choice to the wok and mix well until cooked through.
- Season the Stir-Fry: Pour in the soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and a splash of water. Stir to combine all ingredients well.
